It has been heard that it has been said, to render onto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s and render onto God the things that are God’s.
Some interpreted this saying as an excuse to claim a separation between the law of the state from the Law of the God, while the saying in and of itself is complete and not separate. If by this saying, one of the greatest prophets sent to humanity disassociated his deeds which were inspired by God and the deeds of Caesar which were inspired by Caesar and the multitudes of the interests groups, it certainly did not make Caesar exempt from the accountability of the Creator.
So I say onto you, render onto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s and do not shortchange Caesar a penny because those who give shall find recompense with their Creator for what they have given.
And render onto Caesar that which is Caesar’s and do not shortchange him a penny because there will not be the expenditure of a penny for which Caesar shall not be held accountable on an appointed day.
Therefore, it has also been said to render onto God that which is God’s. And if the heavens and the earth, and the entirety of existence belongs to the God, by what law shall a Caesar or a subject of a Caesar find exemption on a day of accountability?
And if a Caesar and his subjects spent in the path of the Creator, they shall certainly find recompense by the Creator.
And if a Caesar and his subjects spent in the way of corruption, shall they not be held accountable for their spendings? Are they not subjects under God? Or do they think that they can shortchange God?
It is not without reason that it has been said and concluded to render onto God that which is God’s, for it has also been said that, there is not a thing in the heavens or the earth which does not belong to God.
Therefore, it is to be understood that the law of Caesar is subject to the Law of the God and not the other way around.
Therefore, render onto Caesar the things that are Caesars and render onto God the things that are God’s.
Amin!
